Awaken 2023: Changed by the Truth
Come worship with other young people who are passionate about Jesus! Sponsored by Heartland Christian College, Awaken is an opportunity for youth and young adults to gather together to worship and fellowship.
This annual worship event is for those that are youth group age, college students, and their leaders to come together and have a time focused on worshiping God together.

The theme this year, Awaken: Changed by the Truth, focuses on how the Word of God lives in us and changes us. In a world where “truth is relative”, it is important that our young people know and understand the Truth of God and how to walk that out in their own lives. The Truth of God will be focused on throughout this entire event through times of worship, Biblical teaching a preaching, and group devotions in God’s Word, the Bible.
John 17:17 – Sanctify them through the truth: thy word is truth.

Registration Details:
Registration is free for those of youth group age (typically grades 6-12), students currently in college or recent high school graduates, and their youth leaders. Saturday breakfast and lunch are provided with registration. We do ask that everyone planning to attend the Awaken event register online prior to the date of the event.

The Friday evening and Saturday afternoon corporate meetings are open to all Heartland Community Church members and friends. No registration is needed in order to attend these corporate meetings. Feel free to come and worship with these youth in the presence of God.
